In 2022, Priyanka Arora, the founder of Life Reversal, stumbled upon the concept of biohacking and the notion of extending longevity. She was intrigued by the idea that age might not be as limiting as commonly believed. Delving deeper, she encountered scientists dedicated to researching aging reversal, a concept further validated by the World Health Organization
classifying aging as a disease.
Implementing lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, and supplementation, Priyanka experienced a remarkable transformation, shedding mental fog, fatigue, and low energy. Embracing regular intermittent fasting bolstered her
vitality. Priyanka passionately advocates tapping into the untapped potential of our bodies and minds, likening them to jet engines constrained to the energy output of bicycles. She envisions a world where unlocking this potential can lead to unprecedented achievements.
